Return & Refund Policy

For health and safety reasons, food and ingredients products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which The Otherness Co.,Ltd shipped the incorrect item or goods damaged occurred from our end. 

 

In case you received wrong products from us, those products will be in un-open condition and 100% completely new. If the product has proof it is opened, refund & return will be rejected.

If product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping you will have the option to receive  a refund of the purchase price and shipping charges under the condition of sharing photos and VDO clips once you have opened the package and show every angle of the product as an evidence. You will have to send those photo and VDO to email sales@theotherness.co within 7 days after you received the package. We will inform you back if your inquiry of return & refund has been approved or not within 1-2 days once we received those photo/VDO, if it is approved you may proceed to ship those product back to us, please keep all label in good condition and put in the box carefully.

Exchange are allowed within 7 days on non-edible/perishable items that are in new and unused condition with all of the original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.

You will get refund only after we have completed checking on the products and it match with clip VDO & Photo you have sent to us. If there the damage is not match with those evidence refund will be rejected.

Shipping Information

Shipping Conditions:

After we received your payment, products will be shipped to the address you have provided. Please be informed that although we have estimate the arrival but those timeframe may be flexible depends on logistic providers which is out of our control.

 

Once product (s) has shipped to your address as mentioned, both parties accept that this order has completed. In case there is no recipient we will consider whether we will re-sent or not, if the re-sent is accepted shipping cost will be borne to buyer (s).

 

In case product (s) has return to The Otherness due to un-avoided reason, we consider this order is cancelled and we will 100% refund to you.

Flat rate in THB for domestic shipping

  • Registered mail by Thai post: 30 THB (Estimate 3-7 days of arrival)

  • EMS (weight less than 1 kg.): 60 THB (Estimate 1-3 days of arrival)

  • Private logistic providers: 100 THB (Estimate 1-3 days of arrival depends on area)
